OK to have flashing lights? video
I was thinking I could use my flashing bicycle lights on the CB for extra safety, I have USB rechargeable LED's in red and clear I use on the bicycles every time I go out, even in day light.
See videos below, I can set them to be on solid, flash, fast flash and they last all day before needing a recharge.

RE: OK to have flashing lights? video
Legality will vary by state. It's been a few years since I read through the AZ statutes, but believe we have a restriction about flashing lights only allowed as turn signals. Constantly flashing, rearward facing lights would be a no-no. We also have a restriction on anything but red, white and amber lights on the rear of the vehicle. Amber being allowed only for turn signals and white only allowed for reverse.

I know out here in CA you can have a modulating headlight, but only during the daytime. I think the small flashing lights in front are a no-no and definitely the rear flashing lights would be. Having the red ones on constant would be fine, but I would want the the same intensity as the tail light, not the brake light.

Would not be legal in any state. Flashing lights are for emergency vehicles only. Headlight modulators are legal under Federal statues, they are not flashers, the light is modulated which means dimmed, but is never completely off.
Rear flashing brake light is also OK, but that can't even keep flashing. I believe it has to go to solid red after 4 seconds.

OK, so I may use them but keep them on solid, should still help.
I noticed on my trip last week, a couple people did not like my high beam being on when I was behind them, they kept "adjusting" their rearview.

I also ride at times with my high beam on (daytime). No one approaching from the other direction has flashed me yet. When I'm following behind a car I do switch to low beam. I feel a minor annoyance to others means they see me and notice me, which is what I'm aiming for.

RE: OK to have flashing lights? video
Yeah, I think in the daytime, many people can't figure out how to get their lights on fast enough to flash us :-)
Although, one of my motorcycle wrecks "was" following cars, in a line, and a car pulled in front of me, and I rammed into his side, so being in that line of cars is when I also want people to see me, Last week I left my high beam on even though the person in front of me kept adjusting their mirror.
