What sort of CB1100 rider are you?

I ride like a Jock, a Brain, a Criminal, and a Princess. Depending on which side of the bed I got up on.
LOL It's probably good that you left out a Basket Case, which is how I'd classify myself as of late. Life has been a mess and no riding or much of anything else has occurred as a result. Hopefully things are turning around and I can get back to "feeling like a kid" every time I swing a leg over the CB.

I don't typically ride with others so I have little idea how I'd classify my "riding style" but I shoot for remaining upright. So far so good. Like many others here I prefer to stick to the two lane backroads for riding pleasure. Sadly, most of the miles I've racked up on my CB have come via commuting. So it goes.

Be well Guth. I reckon you are probably at your sharpest as a rider when navigating the commute. There can be an immense demand on total awareness. That is no basket case.

I didn’t, but it looks to me like Guth did.

Lol I just watched your commute to work video earlier. It didnt look all that agressive to me.

Sometimes "aggressive" riding to me means dodging things flying off the back of flatbed tractor trailers on the freeway.

These things often break my cager windshield (on my third with current cage).

Yea Im just messin with Mike..hey guess who has the same initials MM? Memphis Mike and Mark Marquez. Ever see them in the same place at the same time? I didn't think so.

My vote for best answer

Good one pdedse

These days I'm lucky to get two jaunts a week down to a beach-side taco stand, but I head for some hills and mountains whenever possible. I'm no Valentino Rossi, but I like to carve the CB through a curve. I have a BMW R1100RT for touring, but I haven't done any touring in a long time. Still working for the man every night and every day.

It's all or nothing with me... one minute I'm doping along with my head in the clouds, next min I'm tear arsing down the road way faster than is good for me. My girlfriend says I'm like a Cheetah. Long periods of sleepy inactivity followed my manic burst of hyper speed activity... ;-)

I like that, beardyweirdy: Two speeds, on or off. Or, as an old mate of mine used to say about his boat, "Hard lock and flatten it"
