I'll have to give it a while to find out what with wanting to twist on it to feel new power :excited:Randy B_imp said:Any idea what its done to you fuel economy?
No, it has a custom dyno map.GUNFTR_imp said:so you are currently running the Power Commander with just the stock map setting, plus the airbox mod and full yosh exhaust?
Thanks! Just ordered one.Smiler_imp said:I removed the tank, the vent tube is easy to remove the main fuel line I found a little trickie but got there in the end, it self seals so no need to drain the tank....... Made it easier to access the main connector under the tank and running the power commander loom....

Those were the 2 items that slowed my install as well. I was shocked how difficult it was to get the plugs through the frame. Otherwise it's a breeze.HondaJon_imp said:It took me about an hour to do. The YouTube video Dynojet posted is quite helpful, but little things like figuring out the fuel line disconnect and how to run the two power commander plugs behind the frame (it is super tight) added some time.
what is about fuel mileage PCV installed?CDN_RIDER_imp said:I installed my PCV this past weekend. I found the fuel line the trickiest part. I think this took me a half hour to figure out.
Getting the plugs behind the frame worked for me by threading the connector plugs through at the lowest possible point and then working the cables up to the top of the frame. Under five minutes. Definitely a tight fit though.
I am running the stock oil filter and exhaust (at this point). It may be my imagination, but the the bike feels way more responsive post PCV install. The bottom end feels like far more power then pre PCV.
Once I figured it out I also threaded the connectors at the lowest point and it was a comparative breeze.CDN_RIDER_imp said:I installed my PCV this past weekend. I found the fuel line the trickiest part. I think this took me a half hour to figure out.
