I know there must be a post somewhere about these. I broke down and bought the 'official' Honda Luggage Rack and Kit for Heated Grips for my EX. Got the Rack on okay, but any tips for a smoother install for the grips. I trust you guys completely, and I know I will benefit from someone's experience putting these on, like what NOT to do or the sorts. I am really over-loaded now trying to fix the 82' GS1100 and get it, in my opinion, roadworthy. But, I want to take my granddaughter on a trip up to the Civil War Battlefield site at Vicksburg before Winter is over on the EX. I have the windshield already. Bought us all the good winter clothes we need, but I know if my hands go, I go.
So, let me have it, hopefully not, we have done this a hundred times already.
By the time I get all my bikes fixed up, maybe Honda will bring the CB1300 or CB300 here so I can buy a NEW bike for a change!
Ps....I am installing, when time permits, steel braided brake lines, front and rear on the 2013 CB! cannot wait to see how that feels. Anybody out there, close to South Texas that wants to work on some motorcycles?

PSS...Bought my 18 year old GD a 2005, Suzuki GS500 with 900 miles on it for $1750! New Continental Tyres and in great shape. I put the Title in her name and going to have her take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation Driving school after she gets her DL for cars soon. Yes, I am grooming someone I love to ride with me.. All of you, please pray she remains safe as I hope she develops a love for our hobby/lifestyle.
