Hello people. I’m finally getting new tires for my 2014 cb1100. I don’t have the manual and my friend is helping me put on the new tires. Luckily he has a lot of experience and the necessary tools to do this.
We finally managed to get a pair of Z8’s.
Anything I need to keep an eye on?
Does anyone know the necessary torque values?
Thanks in advance.

My front Z8/110-80-18 is tar snake sensitive, especially new and after 3000 kms (presently)
Torque specs (ft-lbs):
* front axle bolt - 44
* front axle pinch bolt - 19
>>
* rear axle nut ('13) - 83
* rear axle nut (after '13) - 69
Good luck

Thanks. From all the review I read the z8’s stood out most to me. Let’s see how they feel once swapped

Nope, Nobody knows
OK, just happen to have the book out for another thread.
Front brake caliper mounting bolt (4) 23 Ft lbs ALOC bolt replace with new
Rear brake caliper pad pin: 13 ft lbs (10mm)
Rear brake caliper pin bolt: 20 ft lbs (12mm) ALOC bolt replace with new
Rear caliper bolt: 16 ft lbs
Most do not replace ALOC bolts but put a thread locker on there.
