those are good looking bars. They are tastefully minimalist. how much of a pain was the install? Thanks for the pics -- they inspired me to root around the garage figuring out where the mount points were.

Yes the bars are simple but functional (hope I don't find out how functional). Very easy to install pull out the long engine mount bolt from the outside then reinstall from the inside this way it screws into the guard and not the nut the way its installed from outside..............the right side takes a little longer to do cause oil cooler plumbing kinda gets in the way, but no major drama. They provide protective film to wrap around the frame where the bottom mounts go, that way there is no metal to metal contact. Depending on your height you can use the bars as a highway peg..........not much room because you will be on the radius of the bar.

cbfan - I like! These appear very similiar to the Japanese "Active" guards and similiar in price too. The protective film is a nice addition.

I have the same ones Cbfan; they do look nice and are easy to install. I also have the HB rack same high quality.

I installed the over guards in stainless. I like them and they look good as well, but they are larger. I think I paid a little more also. I might have considered these if I knew about them. I do notice more accessories are becoming available for the cb
