Wow, that's amazing. Would have never guessed that could look so different.

Do the Renthals have a weighted & tapped insert for vibrations dampening and bar end installation? I haven't seen anything about that. Is the consensus that there is no noticeable vibration difference to the weighted OEM bars?

Hey Nemo, I had addressed before somewhere, but it never hurts to spread the info around.

The Renthal bars are thicker walled aluminum construction as opposed to the thin walled steel OEM bars. Aluminum does a few things better than its heavier weight older sister (steel). Two of those being dissipating heat and vibrations more efficiently. Therefore bar weights aren't required. As far as bar ends, Renthal sells them or you can opt for bar end mirrors like I did to fill the void.

Looks great uscgmac... Your bike is really coming along.

I love my renthal bars. I went with the fatbars with black renthal risers. Couldn't be happier.

I used the renthal bar ends. Kind of pricey at 35.00 for the set of two but they are a perfect fit and finish the bars beautifully. I rode over a 100 miles with them and i wasnt botherd by any vibration that i noticed. Their may be a tiny bit at idle while warming up bike but still nothjng really. Some people mentioned rhey changed back to stock from some aftermarket bars, i dont know what they were using but im more than hapoy with these, should have done this a year ago. By brake line is a tight fit with the puig windscreen on but it works fine.[/i]
