samurider.com (Mr. T ) sells them for $27.43 a pair
When you remove them and try to mount the metal 1100 FOUR emblems over the top of the indentation there isn’t enough surface area for the adhesive to stick to.....maybe yours have better grip.....I got mine from France because Whitehouse uses a partial decal with the FOUR plastic lettering and I wanted a full emblem.

Thankfully, Mine aren't the Whitehouse ones. they're made independently by a guy on ebay who thought (rightfully so) that it should say "1150" instead of "1100". at the risk of sounding like a member of spinal tap: "it goes to 1150."

because of this they're fully solid raised automotive emblems, not decals.

There's very little in life so sweet as finding a complicated way to save $27.43. seriously though, i don't know if i can count on them being for sale in 20-30 years.

They won't be, but you can buy a pair now and file them away if something happened removing them... I just tossed the pair from my 2013 over the weekend since I traded it off on a 2017.

You should say ‘wrongfully so’ since our engine size is not 1150. [Image: edf1392f7241cc316988bd81854981e3.png]

So, as the pedants face off at 10 paces I ask you this: is it better that the bike be labelled as 1100 or 1150? Tongue

Under-promise over-deliver.

Never boast about being bigger than you really are. Smile
Ugh- now I am wondering, if someone were to install the available factory Honda overbore pistons- would we be at 1150? Tongue

Quick- who is good at math??

The CB 750 was 736cc. Shouldn’t it have been the CB700? Why isn’t ours called a CB1150? I gotsta know Smile

Appropriating Nigel Tufnel's immortal words: "it goes to 1150. It's 50 bigger."

in all seriousness though, it rolls off the tongue better to me, and i's an emblem thats supposed to emulate the old cb750 emblem, so it aught to sound the same. also, i wasn't satisfied getting the same 1100four sticker everybody else has. now when i meet somebody with an 1100foursticker i can be like "hah! mine's bigger."

True that, 736cc, but only through 1978 (SOHC). In 1979, with the debut of the DOHC, the displacement grew to 748cc. I think our CB's are closer to the DOHC CB750K in appearance than the earlier SOHC models. Big Grin
