Givi Tank Lock

Hi everyone
Does anyone know the part number for the Givi Tank Lock for a 2019 CB1100EX
I can find one on the givi web site for the 2013-2014 bike but not any newer
Id say they would be the same but not sure

Hello Rob,

Welcome to the forum. I assume you are looking for the Givi adaptor ring that encircles the flush gas cap. Our 2013-2014 models used a chrome flip cap that sits well proud of the tank, so I know you aren't referring to them.

On US models at least, there are 2 kinds of flush Honda flip-up gas caps, with slightly different diameters Up until about 2015, there had been only one style. Our 2017 EX models (last year of CB1100 in the US) use the later type of flush gas cap - not the difference in the flip tab that hides the keyhole. Givi lists 2 different rings, so my guess is that it takes the BF20 ring, and not the earlier BF03. This is my pic, for illustration only, not Givi's.

Thanks very much Ive tried the BFo3 from my Africa twin but on the pics above it seems ive got the BF20 tank filler so ill order a BF20

I assume your Africa Twin in not a 1000, as the CRF1000L Africa Twins use the same gas cap as the 2016-2017-up CB1100EX. Givi specifies a BF25 for the CRF1000L, but their information says that is because the handlebars are a lot closer and it fits only one specific bag. So BF20 looks like the one.

Let us know how it fits, maybe some pics how it attaches.

Ok here goes
The Africa Twin is the 1000 Adventure Sports and Id say its the BF20 thats fitted to that and it fits the CB perfectly so ive nicked it off that for the time being as it has panniers and top box so dont need a tank bag on that !!
