Below is the response from ECUnleased. Once i have time to get the tank off and pull the ECU I'll send in the info and get the turnaround time.
Hello Steve,
We have developed the reflash for the 2013 CB1100 and are able to remove the Ignition restrictions within the lower gear, the throttle restrictions in all gears and eliminate the top speed limiter. Will you please reply with your ecu label number (complete) so we can confirm your specific ecu has been READ and is in our database. Thank you.

Oooooh the plot thickens. Will CIP57 be the first with a 130 mph CB 1100? Stay tuned.. ....tuned get it?
Steve when you pull the tank, will you take a pic pointing to the ECU? I have no idea what one looks like or where it is located.

Thanks for your response. I will be pulling the tank to get the #'s off the ECU. I have a few questions:
What is the address to send the ECU and the turn around time? Does the ECU need to be drilled to access internal pins?
Are the fuel & air ratio's dialed in for a stock bike, and what can I expect in HP gains?
What is the price for the flash and is there a telephone number to reach you?

All valid questions Steve. Keep us informed as to what they say. You also might inquire as to what the warranty is for their work.
I know if it's not too outrageous (and it works) there will be more than a few forum members wanting to make that modification.

If the reflash works as well as it did on my Yamaha, y'all are going to be in for a shocking surprise, and it will be worth every penny. I will be in line for this if it works out for you.
A little warning; by removing the factory "detuning" restrictions in the first several gears, the bike may be quite the beast. It doesn't have traction control. When I got my Yamaha ECU reinstalled after the reflash, the bike was SO much faster that I was caught out a few times until I got used to it. It was a different motorcycle.
The CB1100 is very detuned in its present condition; this is great news and I'm looking forward to having mine done when I get the thumbs-up on it.
Just make sure to have all the mods you're planning on doing to the bike, such as a pipe/air filter, completed and noted before they do the reflash, and make sure they've got a flash for those mods.

The cost on there website is $499.00 I will be getting there stock flash with all restriction taken away. This is not a sport bike and my guess is they flashed a stock CB, to get it perfect with mods you would need a PC5 and a good tune. HP flash gain should be about 10% or 8 hp over stock but more importantly no restrictions.

It's under the rear section of the gas tank. It's the rectangular deal with two big connectors at the bottom of this pic:

8 hp with no other mods would be significant.
