Torque Specs for fuel pump

After switching tanks (black to red) and installing a new pump in the new tank I have a very small leak near the rear of the pump close to the vent tube.
Does anyone have access to the torque specs for those 6 nuts holding the fuel pump gasket against the bottom of the tank

The manual says 9 lb/ft... did you use a new gasket?

Used old one as it appeared very pliable,
Guess I’ll order 2 new ones as I don’t usually carry a fire extinguisher with me

No problem!

I swapped tanks recently too and used a new gasket and followed the manual's procedure for torquing in a crisscross pattern (like lug nuts). However, I don't think the new packing/gasket is a necessity if the old one is pliable. If you're sure the leak is coming from the pump, maybe try re-seating everything and torquing again in the correct pattern.

I also used a new rubber insert and plastic clip for the fuel line... I think replacing these are really important to ensure you don't have any leaks from the connector.

Oh, the new manual you can get through Helm Inc. or your dealer includes all model years which is nice too....

I switched back to original tank gasket and did the criss cross earlier today when I discovered the leak before posting about the torque specs, (and it leaked also)
so I hope using the correct specs will work.

With the tank bottom side up a thin stream leaks out of the rear near the vent tube when I tilt it upward.
Greenish color male/female gas line connection is bone dry.

Sounds like it could be the gasket that's the issue. They way it's slotted and shaped on the edge may make it less effective if reused. Hopefully it's a quick fix for you.
