Stock Suspension Adjustment
#21
Go to any motorcycle shop, or motorcycle junk yard, and ask if they have any old tool kits laying around. They used to come standard in old tool kits.

(+1) At a m/c junk yard, reach down into the mud and pull up a suspension wrench.

Mate, you’re desperate if you have to pull seals.

If this attempt at humour falls flat outside the UK, I’m sorry.

The easiest way for me to adjust to heavy rider is to "Leave the wife at home!!!!"

I adjusted the preload of the front and rear to the max setting. It makes hardly any difference from what I can tell. I just need to work on some personal weight loss mods...

It looks adjustable, but Since I have no idea what I am doing with it I was going to defer to you guys. 220 pounds geared up I am, I’m not going to spend any money on new fork oil or springs. So, is there any preload or sag I should adjust on the stock suspension? Thanks!

Ferret is 240lbs naked!

You'll be fine!
