Front sprocket bolt cant be moved

The bolt is a special part number, likely hardened. It's a standard 10mm thread, used only for holding the sprocket on. If you've tried chemicals like Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster or equivalent, you need to apply heat.

Using a propane torch, apply heat directly to the bolt head - you can't access any other portion of the shaft, and the sprocket will just dissapate heat. The heat will dissolve any non-metallic bond between the threads.

I would suggest ordering a new bolt, just in case the threads were compromised. If they were, you should run tap into the countershaft threads.
