I can’t find anything specifically on that big allen bolt in the SM or even a good picture in the crankcase section. Typically ones like that are gallery plugs and this appear to be one of them. There are others on the engine that are very obviously gallery plugs. The parts listing doesn’t seem to show it, but you can look here, or pick a different year: https://www.partsfish.com/oemparts/a/hon.../crankcase
One of the listed flange bolts is it, I would imagine.
Gallery plugs are usually a install at the factory and never touched again kind of thing. At least mine is bone dry. Hope it stays that way
Before you go messing with a lot of bolts, you should follow the above advice and clean off all the oil and just ride the bike. After every ride check for leaks and find the actual source and go from there.
Oil leaks can be in places that are not where the oil ends up due to wind blowing it, or dripping, etc.
