Hi,
Before you strip it down, you could try torquing up all the engine bolts to make sure they are correct.
If there aren’t any that stand out as loose and it continues you can try it again but loosen each one a smidge then torque up to the correct tightness incase there’s a bit of stiction.
Might be worth casting an eye over the workshop manual too, just to see it there are any notes on it.
Also, with regard to the gasket, I’m fairly sure it’s a liquid gasket and there isn’t a material one in there - not 100% tho. and a look at a parts diag. should confirm.
