Previously I used the original Dunlops Sport touring and after that 2 sets of Dunlop Roadsmart III, I can get 20.000 Km out of them both. Now that I tried these BT016 which are quite cheap I couldn't go back to the Dunlops. Usually I ride with a passenger so I am surprised how many kilometers I can get out of them, the comfort and the grip. I will install a new set of them next year.
Hey there Speed,
great to read that you're happy with the performance of the BT016. 10,000 - 12,000 km sounds very good from such a sporty tyre. I may try a set of these next summer if they're available in Aus. Hope you don't mind sharing a bit more your experience
Does your riding include plenty of winding European roads under the warm summer sun? yes, I am jealous! Are you riding on 18" rims and what are your observations of any differences with the 150 vs 140 rear? What tyre pressures have you found work best for you? Any comment about how they 'feel' compared to the original Dunlops?
Thank you Speed.
