At the risk of opening a can of worms, I'd suggest that all bikes are air-cooled, even if they're full of coolant and have a water pump and radiator. Without air flowing through the radiator, the engine would overheat. Semantics, I guess.

Not to defend the new Street Twin, but the gas tank holds 3.2 gallons and the bike reportedly gets 70 mpg. That's a similar range as the CB.
