I’m at 98.xx whp before my tear down

That is stock ecu, so stock ign timing and once I saw the fuel curve, it was leaner at high rpm than ideal for power so I could have probably hit 100whp just by adding more fuel and definitely with an ecu tune.

As for your question on throttle bodies, let’s start with- what thought process have you put into your planned modifications, and what is your game plan?

Meaning- there is a lot to be done before throttle bodies should cross your mind.

Have you done the calculations to have an idea of the cfm the stock ITB flow VS the displacement and expected output of the engine?
