Welcome to the forum. I assume you are looking for the Givi adaptor ring that encircles the flush gas cap. Our 2013-2014 models used a chrome flip cap that sits well proud of the tank, so I know you aren't referring to them.
On US models at least, there are 2 kinds of flush Honda flip-up gas caps, with slightly different diameters Up until about 2015, there had been only one style. Our 2017 EX models (last year of CB1100 in the US) use the later type of flush gas cap - not the difference in the flip tab that hides the keyhole. Givi lists 2 different rings, so my guess is that it takes the BF20 ring, and not the earlier BF03. This is my pic, for illustration only, not Givi's.
