Thanks Randy B. Looks great on your 2013. Good to know all the parts go together! Received my shipment from Webike yesterday, and took less than 1 week to ship. Very reasonable on the prices as well. All in, was about $450 for the 2013 rack, top box, mounting plate, and "one key" lock cylinder. Shipping was free.

Thanks also to Popgun for the link to setting the tumblers for the lock cylinder. My Japanese is not so good!
