When we had our store we almost always replaced rubber stems
when they came in. We only had wheels come in so I always checked
stems when I was writing the work order and a couple of times when I pushed my finger on the stem it broke right off in my hand to the surprise of the customer
I always kept a large amount of different and weird stems in stock
since we never know what would come in the door!
