Idle screw?

I didn't see one in the service manual procedures, but I'll look in more detail later.

I can't find one on this bike (and there's no mention in the Owner's Manual), but I've owned plenty of fuel-injected bikes that had idle adjustment knobs.

I looked on the bike and I think the screw he is talking about is in the middle of the throttle body assm. It has a spring on it.

It is shown in the manual on page 5-52. There is no mention of adjusting it anywhere. In fact the manual says not to mess with any of the white painted screws, nuts or bolts or throttle valve synchronization may fail (The common systems manual says re-adjustment may not be possible).

That screw is visible from the right side of the bike looking up at the bottom of the body. Using an inspection mirror, mine has white paint on it.

I would guess it is used by the factory to set up the throttle sync. and I would suggest not messing with it.
