The owner's manual says 1,000 plus or - 100 rpm. My Cb1100 is running a little too high. I know that motor must be warm. I think the screw can be seen from the right side of bike. Brake side. Am I right? If anyone knows, please let me know something. It has been a while since I had a in-line four! Thanks folks, God Bless...

The service manual says the idle speed must be checked when warm with a tach that will read a50rpm change accurately. Idle speed should be 1100 +-100 rpm.
If not correct, check throttle operation and freeplay
Intake air leak or engine top end problem
IACV operation
thats if no DTC and MIL blinking and some other system are good.
It says that The system eliminates the need for manual idle speed adjustment compared to previous designs.
Edit to add: I'm sure you understand this is a fuel injected computer controlled engine. There is no idle speed adjustment like on a carb'd engine.
Efi engines can have an idle fuel adjustment. My cruiser is efi and has a warm idle adjustment set screw.
