That's pretty much the tool kit that came with the OZ '10 model. Less one, or maybe two, of those Allen Keys.

I was ordering a box of oil filters from Partzilla, so I just added the took kit items to it. Cost was around $50. Well worth it.
Good buy Flyn. Might be asking a bit much of an under seat tool kit for a chain adjustment, needs a bit of leverage to get the torque required for the axle bolts. The only time I've felt the need of a chain adjustment away from home I dropped into a motorcycle shop to get it torqued up.

I did my last chain adjustment with the tool kit (just to test it out). With the handle extension and some foot power I was able to loosen the axle nut. When tightening, you just about have to lift the rear end of the bike to get the proper torque. It wasn't pretty, but it worked.
