I don't know anything about Power Commanders so can't help there.
As far as the O2 sensor you need 2 eliminators for the DLX.
Also, looking at the schmatic, the both front and rear speed sensors go into the ABS modulator.
The O2 sensor has a 4 pin connector. IIRC one member wanted to install an eliminator, but leave the sensor in, with the connector plugged on it for weather protection. So he tried following the cable back to another connector and plugged the eliminator in the wrong circuit. And his speedometer stopped too. Did that happen to you by any chance?
One wire of each O2 sensor goes directly to the ECM. I didn't follow the other 3.
Acording to the fault list, an 02 malfunction shoule result in a check engine light and MIL code . It says Engine operates normally for all the 02 malfunctions.
Unless you did something not right, I'd put everything back to spec and see if all works correctly. They add the eliminators to the O2 sensor plugs and see what happens.
