When I rode my nephews CB 500X yesterday I hit the horn numerous times instead of the turn signal. Maddening.
Still getting acquainted to my '14 STD, I've found myself in this same exact predicament more times than I'd like to admit

All bikes I've owned have had the horn button right at thumb's distance(the way it should be), on my CB11 it's on the opposite side(closer to the clutch reservoir) and honestly, I'm not sure how I feel about getting used to it
I personally find the control switches on these bikes FUGLY, IMO they are toy-like and look like they belong on the handle bars of a Grom, the only neat and useful feature I've found is the "passing" headlight trigger switch, outside of that, I don't care for the OEM switchery, In fact, there's a high chance I might swap them out for nicer and more practical switches at some point.
Also, while off-topic, the factory Headlight output is trash, and that is getting addressed in a more timely fashion, for obvious reasons..
