Just a quick question on a 2013 CB1100, with a full tank of petrol, when the my bike fall on her side, there's no petrol leak. But once i lifted the bike upright and parked, Petrol came gushing out on one of the tube below the bike. Is there a gate of any kind that lock out fuel leak when bike is lying on her side? Will dust travel up thru this tube to the petrol tank?

There is no gate. The ‘Overflow’ hose is part of the vapor recovery system, if you have it in Maylasia. If you do the hose goes to the evap canister where vapors can be drawn into the engine if the purge valve is energized. There is also a drain hose out of the canister. If fuel is coming out the canister is most likely saturated.
You may not have all this on your bike. In any case it sounds like you are overfilling the tank. There is no way for fuel to reach the overflow tube if properly filled.

There is a good joke in there someplace you know
I will also say I need to read better. If it falls over, sure, fuel can easily go out the overflow. Sorry

I just felt weird she doesn't leak while on her side, i struggle a whole 10 minutes trying to lift her up. All the while nothing leak... Once lifted, she start pissing....luckily nothing break other than a small dent and scratch on the exhaust and bar end.

Coincidence, I was just studying my seamless gas tank construction last evening...
On my 2017, I have 2 tubes coming out from under the tank.
1. One goes to the EVAP Charcoal Canister (Vapour/fume recovery). (The repair manual calls it "Canister hose or Breather hose"
2. Drain hose (as per HONDA description: .... for draining out gasoline that may leak during servicing) - {From parts fiche #7 Drain Tube #17543 MGC JBO}
For 2013 to 2016 models, from the repair manual, there is only one hose coming out of the tank and calls it ... "breather hose"

When I had my accident 3 weeks ago the bike low sided and slide about 2 hundred feet. The stator cover was punctured and lost about 3 quarts of oil the bike immediately shut off ( lean angle sensor )? But not any gas , so no drainage from the tank. Thankfully or else might have been a fire.That was the first thing that popped into my mind while trying to get to my feet. By the way still waiting for replacement parts to put her back together .

The 2017 has a longer sidestand? The stand on my 2014 is way too short (leans way too far). I'll buy a new one if it's longer.

The 2013 is longer than the 2014, and it fits. The foot part on the 13 is smaller, too.
