So Popgun i think this is the first time you miss out on a video clip, i am trying to work out what works for your ipad/windows;
Can you see the "thanks pdedse" video but not the "thanks Cormanus" one? In other words does the link in red work but not the link with the player in it ?

Try a non-native and higher capable browser than the default iPad offering?
Example: Chrome is typically reliable.

Max and Au₂O₃, us Apple users can see the red link, but not the embedded video. On a Mac desktop, the embedded video displays in Chrome but not Safari, on an iPad neither browser will display the embedded video.

In the post above that by Pd I one see the words remove and install with big blank spaces between them. In the thanks Cormanus post all I see is Lets try this (or whatever you said) a big white space, then Oh Boy!

I've changed hundreds of tires, and being able to use your knees to keep the tire bead in the valley is key. Worst part for me is always feeding the valve stem through the rim. Ouch! Don't like working on the ground though. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- One thing though. The point he made about the red (or yellow, or white) dot/circle) was that it is the heavy spot on the tire (not true), and must always aligned next to the valve stem to compensate for the weight of the metal removed where the valve stem hole is drilled. He is correct in that it should be aligned there, but not because it is the heavy spot. It is actually the spot that is 180 degrees across from the heaviest spot, although it it is usually referred to as the lightest spot (splittin' hairs here). But I wondered if there was any validity to his assertion about removed metal, so, just for fun, I weighed some stuff, with results in the pic below. In the lower right scale is a trio of 1943 steel pennies, any one of which is larger and thicker than the hole in a steel rim. Aside from different width axle spacers, there is another anomaly. The wheels for ABS and non-ABS 2013 models are different, most likely because the ABS model has a flat steel pulsar ring bolted under the right disc. So it's possible the disc on the right is not supposed to be perfectly centered on one model or the other, compared to the left side. We're talking 2mm The ABS model also has a different right-side caliper and fork leg, so any alignment issue could be taken up in a variety of ways. Anyway, it's corrected and not an issue.

Thanks PD and all others for some very good tips.
Cormanus i think if i am going to post any more links in the future i will post both systems and thanks for the explanation, made perfect sense to me. Chris Harris has some nice tips but as most of the posters makes mistakes too, by reasoning most can be corrected. One of those is the effect of scoring the alu rim with a non protected tire iron, not good with moisture and salt on the road over time but refreshing to see the bead breaking/setting procedure. Individual methods vary with skill , available tools and frequency of tire changes. Wondered too if the removed metal would equal the weight of some valves and had my doubts about this claim, appreciate your explanation how that works, a fine detail for sure The main reason for posting was to jog someone's memory when they made the same mistake, give the symptom and the explanation why, similar to " when the neutral light dims during startup its time to replace the battery" Thanks all !

Max , I am sorry that I accused you of drinking the wrong beer ! just stick to the good old Heineken and think of Holland.

Max, posting both the embedded video and a link would be a big help to Apple users. I hope, though, it will not be an enduring problem and will be fixed with an update of Mac OS, iOS and iPadOS. Interestingly, it also affects photo screen savers which no longer display properly. I'll try to remember to post if/when it's fixed.
