No remaining fuel or range indication - big issue number 2 with this freakin bike

to be clear, when you are almost out of fuel, the indicator changes automatically to the remaining distance....if you push the left button it toggles to the remaining amount of fuel left in the tank.

These 2 features are added only if you are running out of fuel, other than that, you will not see those 2 options.

I see those options, but no numbers appear with either one of them, only the stripes as you can see on both pictures.


Turned of the bike, used kill switch, did a long high speed way, cruised around town, nothing appears.
In other words, I am in the dark about the amount of fuel or my range.
I only know I am almost out of fuel and I can take a wild guess considering the distance I have left.

This is the first time it happened.

Now I will disconnect the battery and rehook it, I'll see if that will help.
But the reason for this option is for my idle problem in the other topic.
Somebody said to try it since it helped with someone that had the same idle problem...

Hey! My "miles-'til-empty" works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. The last time I hit reserve it worked. The two time previous it didn't. Just dashes. Anyone experience this? If so, is there a fix?

it happened to me too.
after the initial issue in the above post i ran the gas way low.
i have not had any issues since the refill of it almost empty.
i am not sure that its a fix or if it just happened to start working properly again on its on.

I filled my tank with about 3 liters and I just reconnected my battery and after some riding and running out of fuel, it seems to display the numbers again.

Dunno if it started working out of the blue on its own OR due to the reconnection of the battery....
