For me it's
(1) air pressure in the tires, (once a week or more)
(2) oil and filter changes (every 4K)
(3) chain adjust and lube (when needed)
(4) brakes (when needed but looks like every 20K)
(5) air cleaner and spark plugs (every 25K)
(6) valve adj (haven't decided on interval yet ..but I haven't done it yet at 18,000 mi)
(7) lube clutch pivot (when needed)
(8) brake fluid replacement (every couple of years)
(9) Battery (when needed)
