VLJ, it has been available in Australia in the past, but not recently. It doesn't appear on Honda's global model list: see this page. You have to scroll down a little.

They were available in the UK for a long time , had quite a few different models over the years , very much like a bigger CB 1000.

So, basically, a much prettier, more nicely turned out Suzuki Bandit 1250, the liquid-cooled Big Bandit.
