Okay, this is cr@p.
Positive crankcase ventilation has been around a long time, I don't need an aftermarket backup system.
But the most obnoxious part of the pitch is the word "potentiality". Like the ever popular "physicality" which has been beaten to death by NBA announcers, it just ain't right. From Dowwntown!!!

Reminds me of a set of valve caps someone was pitching at SEMA years ago. They were “harmonically tuned” to smooch out air turbulence around your wheels to give you better gas mileage. The dude claimed that UPS had just put them on all of their trucks. I seemed half way interested so he gave me a set. I still use ‘em. Who knows...
