small electronic device on top of clocks

[Riko_imp]

Hi everybody,

can somebody ID this item?

I've seen something similar on this board as well...

But what is it?

Thx

The second bike has a radar detector on it, but I'm not entirely sure about the first one. It looks like a GPS or mobile satellite radio antenna.

Maybe some sort of Bluetooth device?
