Rubber Lever End Thingies

Good for you noroomtomove. I got mine from Mr Honda too. But it wasn't easy putting them on until I realised that using a cloth or glove to hold the 'slippery little sucker' would make it a doddle.

knuth11, that's challenge number 1. Please report on their installation. :beerchug:

We'll probably true based on that behavior. Why prevent the CB from reproducing. The community needs a source for more since it appears Honda has shut production down.

Victory Secrets announced this week that ten new VS Angels got their wings. Have some of you guys been putting RLETs on your Harleys or something, it appears some wings are going to the wrong kind of angels? RLETs should only be installed on retro Hondas... putting them on anything else could have unintended consequences.:D

You're now one of us Grasshopper!

It's amazing how such a minor upgrade has so much effect on HP!! I dyno tested my bike after the Rlet upgrade...best 9 bucks i've ever spent:)

I knew it! I was just too cheap to pay the dyno fee to prove it.

The butt dyno is more than accurate enough for RLETs :)

Crawling around in the bowels of the forum a moment ago I noticed that this thread rates as the 5th most-replied-to thread on the forum and the 9th most-viewed.

It's an insight into the nature of RLETs.

Cormanus,

We're getting a lot of new members. Maybe they are wondering what they are!

Um, Todays Weather , How To Do Your Own 600 mile service, Ribber Lever End Thingies, CB1100 Rally,

What else? CB1100 Mods/pics?

I'm going to trailer Sanpetes CB to Georgia for the rally later this week. But when he dropped it off yesterday I noticed it had RLETS on it. I questioned him on the wisdom of doing this (it wasn't like that the last time we rode together); he mumbled something which I can't recall. But, the fuss that this is going to cause when it's up on that trailer at highway speeds has me very concerned. Not only is my gas mileage going to drop, and the trailer will not be as stable, but I'm really afraid as to what others might think as we pass them on the highway. I can hear it now... Son says... 'Dad, what are those rubbers doing on the ends of those levers?' Dad whispers... 'shhh, your Mom and sister are awake... I'll tell you later.

Fantasy, ride4now, a trailer carrying a CB with RLETs fitted will tow you!
