Of all the bikes I have seen on the road the last 3 years, a 2008 VTX1800T was the most beautiful. Nice sound as he road away as well.use2b_imp said:wouldn't want one as a gift
my VTX1800S scared me so bad in a turn with early foot peg drag and seeing a guard rail i couldn't finish watching the vid.
other than that i would need help backing it out of the garage unless it had an electric reverse like the pig of a 1500 Goldwing i had. [ the 1000 was fantastic BTW ]
this CB1100 is as heavy of a bike as i would ever want and with a full 4.7 Gal tank of gas it can be a beast leaning it over at 65YO. JMO
The '82 also had a strong 6th gear. I could haul a tent trailer up and down the hills of Vermont without changing gears. When they changed 6th in '83 to get better gas mileage, it required shifting up and down hills. The ferret_imp said:I wish Honda would bring out another "mini wing" like the mid 80s Apencade using that 1200 Wing Motor. That was a fine touring bike and not as humongous as the 1500 & 1600 6 cylinders
