New leather jacket ordered

[the Ferret]

Never had a windscreen on the 14. Had a NC Street Shield Ex on the 13, it's upstairs in my motorcycle room on the floor. Never tried it on the 14, although I think Damfino put one on his 14 so it would probably fit.

Glad to see you went with Fox Creek, ferret. You'll grow to love it like an old friend as you and your jacket age gracefully together. TINK

I went to the Fox Creek website and just for the heck of it started plugging in my size numbers, never saw a measurement choice for 'stomach' before :dodgy:...I wonder if they mean sucked in or expanded; that could get ugly!

The taper on the jacket allows 2" less for stomach than chest. For some of us thats an issue. My measurements were the same. They suggested the next size larger than the one my chest measurement suggested. Since I never wear the full liner in the jacket and knew I would remove it and never put it back in I opted to get the one that my chest size suggested. It's working out ... as long as I never eat again lol

Did you get the version with armour pockets?

My Xmas present has arrived. Have not seen it, but the wife has looked it over closely and is beside herself with the quality and looks. She thinks she did good, but I planted the seed, the idea from this thread.
