Deluxe seat on a Standard.

I’ve always thought the 2014 Standard seat was a little too plain so I put a 2014 Deluxe seat on my bike only to find out it did fit but didn’t look right. After doing some digging I found there are brackets and spacers that go with the Deluxe seat in order to get it to fit on the 2014 Standard. This picture is with the Deluxe seat and all the hardware in place. What the brackets do is reposition the grabbar so it follows the bottom edge of the seat.

The seat pans yes,the Standard seat bottom is angled up towards the back and the Deluxe seat is straight across the bottom edge.

What about the height of the deluxe seat? I struggle to get my feet flat on the ground with the standard seat on my '14 std. Will the dlx seat make that worse?

Anything is more comfortable, I reckon, than the standard saddle.

I don’t but if you go on one of the parts suppliers page and look up the schematic of the 2014 Deluxe it will show you all the hardware needed.

The seat from a 2014 DLX will NOT fit on my 2013 ABS , the rails holding the rear indicators slope upwards but on the 2014 the rails run more horizontal. All the Corbin seats are interchangeable on all the 3 years.(13/14/17)

Hello, my name is Emmanuel and I live in France. I own a 2013 honda cb1100 wich I like so much and I have juste bought the delux seat, sorry to bother you but I can't find the brackets and spacers that go on the grabbar in order to get it right. Would yopu please help me finding them?
