Can anyone stop Lorenzo? I'll be checking FP results which should be available by 9 or 10am Friday.
I don't think so. He is really locked in right now and he gets off to an early lead the race is almost over.

And with Marquez likely between Jorge and Valentino, Rossi may fall out of contention for the championship before Phillips Island.

Row 1: Marquez, Lorenzo, Pedrosa
Row 2: Rossi, P Espargaro, Smith
Row 3: Redding, Crutchlow, Iannone

4 Brits in the Top 10.

Jorge will likely take the lead at the start. Can anyone catch him? Another Rossi - Pedrosa battle brewing?

Pedrosa has not been starting well as of late. Rossi is lined up to the outside of Marquez who is a good starter so he may get lucky and fall in behind Lorenzo and Marquez. If Rossi starts further back than 4 th thru the first turn, Marquez and Lorenzo will just disappear.

Interesting that this is MMs sixth pole position, and third in record time, for the season. Let's see how he handles the start and consistency of Lorenzo and Rossi.

Cheers

Just curious Ptero, on your screen in the little gray bar above your name, what does it say? On my screen above your name it says Today,7:15 AM ( this post was last modified: Today 7:15 AM by Pterodactyl)

I'm up and ready.
No early Sunday ride for me.
Erika Tropical storm remnants makes it too wet for my taste.
MOTO GP and a cup of Colombian coffee will have to hit the spot for now.

Pre race just started

Lorenzo and Rossi...." They are on identical equipment, so the drive to win, must come from within"

Great line

Ah well. English weather. Don't worry, if you don't like it, it will soon change. Mmmmmm, what's in the refrigerator?

Cheers

Think a rain race plays to Rossi's favor. he's a pretty good rain rider.

Dang what a race. Do you believe Petrucci? He's normally battling with Hayden!

Shame for Marquez. I was hoping for a fight to the finish. Rossi did do a masterful job managing the race.

It gets interester and interester. Marquez has nothing to lose the rest of the season and can let it all hang out with a win or crash trying attitude. Pressure is now on Lorenzo going into Rossi's home track.
