K and H seat from Samurider?

I'm considering a K and H seat from Samurider:
KandH:MID Double seat/S-1401BT2:CB1100DLX (kh0095)

If you've purchased a K and H seat can you share your impressions? My understanding is that this particular model will give me the same seat height of my 2014 Deluxe (which I want).
Any help in deciding will be appreciated? Share photos?

Between the K&H, White House and stock I used, the K&H was the most comfortable for me. The mid height was the same as stock in my case.

I bought a K&H High for my 2013 from fellow forum member at a good price.
Although I would say it's an improvement for me, it is not a magical fix-all for my seating discomfort. I've only had it for about a week of riding, so still trying to figure out.
Pros for me/mine
- sits higher than stock, gives more leg room
- does not seem to scoot me forward all the time like the stock seat does
- butt is still sore after 60 to 90 minutes, but not maybe "as" sore or a different type of sore?
Cons
-very pricey, not $600 better, maybe $200 better
- when stopped, my high seat seems wider so not as comfortable with feet on ground
- flatter seat surface, allows me to slide up and back when accelerating or braking,
- this seat does not conform or cradle me like the stock seat does, seems like I sit on top of the seat, not in or apart of the seat.

Although I appreciated it more when I put my stock seat back on, for a 1 hour ride to the shop, I than noticed I liked it better than stock, but not as much as I had hoped.

It still astounds me that the Japanese are so good at figuring out engines, ignitions, fuel Injection systems, electrics, braking systems etc and are so poor at figuring out seats. Would love to sit in ( with a translator of course) to the engineers meeting when they come to discussing seat shape and foam densities.

I'm not surprised. Have you ever seen the carved wood contraptions the traditional Japanese used as pillows. The head support stand used on autopsy tables would be just as comfortable!

It isn't just the Japanese. You should try and ride on a BMW stock seat for an hour. They should have to be registered as a torture device. Truly a disappointment on a $23,000 motorcycle.

The idea that one seat fits all is kinda strange, I know when I buy bicycles they can take an hour or more fitting you to the bike and finding a seat that's the right length and width based on your "sit bones". I have an almost solid leather bike seat that hurts less than the CB's after an hour.
I'm also thinking with the CB some of it has to do with the sitting position
Since you sit straight up, all the weight is directly on your butt/seat
On my last motorcycle, I would lean over a little, like on a bicycle so some of the weight is dispersed.
which is why I have some new Low handle bars waiting to be installed.

Hiker...matters not whether its a sit up and beg touring bike, sport tourer, dual sport, adv bike, sport bike or cruiser... the first farkle purchased by most on nearly every motorcycle forum I have ever been on is a new seat, followed by an exhaust system, then a new windshield lol.
