Michelin does make tires that will fit, but they won't be matched. There are at least 3 Pilots in 110/80-18, and a Commander in 150/70-18.

Has anyone replaced their stock tires yet? Reason I am asking is that I am having a hard time finding anyone who makes both the front and rear tires in the sizes for our bikes. I would like to run a softer compound Metzeler tire, but they only make a front tire in the correct size.
-------------------------------------

I have used Avons in the past for some other bikes, and found them to work very well as an upgrade over stock tires. They are available in the proper sizes for this bike.

I had three bikes a month ago. I sold a Sabre two weeks ago and plan to sell my 750 Spirit this week. At that point I will only have a 250 Dual Sport left in the garage (which I plan to keep) and my plan is to fill the 2 empty slots in the stable with one CB1100, and then I can begin posting as an owner instead of just reading!

The logic is inescapable! Sounds like something out of 1984.

Quote: I just did the same thing for Michelin. I normally run Michelins on all my vehicles, my Civic, my wifes Accord, our Ridgeline truck, my Honda ST 1300. Love Hondas and Michelins, great combo!

Anyhow I just emailed Michelin begging them to make tires to fit the CB. Said it may take 5 days to get a response so I will let you know what they say.
Maybe a petition? I too want Michelins on my CB. I wouldn't put 'stones on my RL or my Accord Hybrid!

Maybe it's time for me to contact Michelin again now that there will be a 2014 model.
