Nope. They told me best case Wednesday for the new plugs. Dealer doing the work is Powersports 59 (Team Mancuso) in Houston. The service manager said after they received the plugs on Wednesday, they would continue the "diagnosis" . . .

You should never have to get used to a multi week repair service for any modern vehicle. Maybe if you asked them to repair your 1969 Honda and they had to source the parts somewhere, but not on a 2013 or 2014 model. If the plugs don't cure the issue and they tell you to leave it with them for a couple more weeks, I'd be having an attorney write them to either demand an immediate refund, or at least to tell them that the clock started ticking on the lemon law a couple weeks ago....

I'd tell the dealer, hey, you exist because Honda exists and that is not the way Honda does business. Mr. Honda himself did plenty of riding around Japan etc. He wanted people to ENJOY riding. That is what he was all about. He would take the thing back and give you another, or let you ride HIS, as long as it put a smile on your face. Smile = Honda. A dealer IS the customer, like any business. No customer? No money. He should do you right. Period.

What went wrong with your bike and how old is it?? On the fire sale note, the 13s are harder now to get rid of knowing the 2014 had six gears with gear indicator and other upgrades from the 2013. Same happened to Harley when they came out with their project Rushmore in 2014, all the touring bikes were completely made over and nobody wanted a 2013 at all.

I can't imagine a dealer staying in business that averaged three weeks for a repair. Even Moto Guzzi, which can have repairs take months (just to get parts, once the parts arrive the work is quick, but OMG, parts, in August - forgetaboutit!).
