I don't have cable. I went to watch it on the free-to-air channel last night and it failed to broadcast. Indeed, it has vanished from the list of available digital channels, along with its network stablemates.

Enjoyed Nick Harris and Gregory Hines rewatching Indy, although laps between 8 and 3 were once again missed.

MotoGP! Don't want to spoil the race for those who haven't watched. All I'll say is that I'm glad Pedrosa and Valentino did well.

Two weeks to the British GP. Lots of time to reflect on Brno and get ready for the next one.

Havent watched the race yet, but I did text a buddy to find out who won. Pleasantly surprised I was.

One of the interesting observations in wathing the 2 races back to back was the fans. I haven't seen attendance figures for Indy but the stands were sparsely populated. At Bryo 138,00 attended.

Guess it would help if the US had more riders in MotoGP. There are just not that many opportunities for 14 and 15 year olds to participate in organized road racing in America. Spain has 63 road racing tracks.

They reported attendance at Indy at 161,000 (normally just over 150,000). That's a big place. Seats like 150,000 .

Yes Spain (and Italy) as a nation supports motorcycle road racing. America does not. Do not expect there will be another US MotoGP champion.

Spies was our last great hope I suppose. WTF happened to him? Aren't there any US riders in the lower echelons who are up 'n coming? Superbike riders, maybe?
