I'm curious to know if anyone is looking into any time of protection, besides those fancy rubber lever ball protectors.Big Grin Anyone considering frame or engine protection of any kind?

Oldgoat,

Those things won't protect the whole bike?Big Grin And I was going to order some Tongue

I've seen the rubber peg looking things, but was waiting for someone to get some and mount them to see what they think.

I also saw engine crash bars on the webike site in japan, but they just aren't me.

Yeah I'm not sure about crash bars and how they would impact the looks of the bike. Maybe some frame sliders as popgun suggests. I hate it that the pollen we are getting here puts a nice yellow dusting over the bike impacting the richness of that candy red. So I'd be in quite a state of depression if I dropped her.

Trust me, the rubber ball lever caps will protect the bike in a crash...
Or maybe, just the ends of the levers.

I got the case savers in black. They are fairly small (unlike the big chrome hoop I have on the CB350F) and look factory. I think they should come from the factory that way. I don't even see them when I look at the bike.

I have not got the ball lever caps. Yet. Well, they are not even on my radar.
