Offroad There was no end baffle on the muffler only one through the middle of the pipe.

It is not quite the sound I would like but for $58 with shipping its a sound that I really love if you know what I mean. But really I am satisfied with the quality if the pipe. I believe it sounds a bit like a ricer because or bikes are naturally lower pitched tones from the engine like a bigger displacement car engine does and I personally like the higher pitched "crotch rocket" sound but if you get the rpms up higher it sounds just like that.

I think it sounds pretty good, but I'll bet over time it will get quite a bit louder.
Now, what's the blue car in the background? I had a 2004 VW R32 so I recognize those dang hard to clean wheels!

How do you figure it's going to get louder?
Its just a Chevy Cruze Eco But yes those wheels suck to clean!

I am with you, as I eye that $800 plus Staintune. Crazy money for a slip on. From the pics, the Emgo looks nice. Shape is good, and the quality appears to be far beyond what you would expect for $58 bucks.

I ordered the shorty version which is here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008YEK...UTF8&psc=1

The only reason I posted the first link is it shows the dimensions. I wonder if they will sound like the Voodoo Shorty's someone else had here had put on his bike.

Sounds great, just like mine. As for the center stand issue, I used a connecter pipe for my old Yamaha FZ1 and it has the center stand bracket on it. Came from Delkevic, I asked them if the connecter pipe could be bought separate and they answered in the affirmative. Make sure all clamps are super tight as mine tended to work loose at first.

I know this is an old post but wondering how that emgo Shorty muffler worked out in the long run. Also wondering what was the secondary point he used for the muffler hanger being that it didn't reach the original point at the rear peg. I have the Yoshi rs3 on mine now but am thinking of trying this emgo Shorty out being its only 55.00 bucks in eBay. Wonder if he even still has the bike?

I do not still have the bike but I only sold it a about a month and a half ago. It was still on the bike and had zero issues with it up to that point. It felt like a much higher dollar muffler (although not much muffling happening). I mounted the secondary point to the bolt that holds the brake caliper to the frame.

Why did you sell the bike, mgoodie? Have you bought something else?
