CB1100 Standard Fuel tank and Side Covers

I'm going to be purchasing a new 2014 CB1100 that comes black. Will the deluxe fuel tank and side covers off the 2013 Deluxe fit the standard 2014 model?

I want it red. Also, which models come with the green style gauges? I sure think they look a lot more retro.

G'day iwannaride and welcome to the forum.

There was no 2013 deluxe model, only the red standard with silver side covers. I'm sure someone will be able to tell you whether the 2014 DLX tank (Which is bigger than the standard's tank) and side covers will fit the 2014 standard.

I know that a few '13 owners have fitted '14 Deluxe side covers. The '14 side covers are a slightly different shade of candy red, but it's hard to tell when they're on the bike.
