N00b question - what is the bar end fitment for the 2014 standard cb1100? 7/8 hollow bar end?
Further context: I’m trying to install bar end mirrors. Also any recs for the bar end mirrors is appreciated!

Bars are 7/8 OD.
Never removed ends to measure ID.

OD = 7/8" = 0.875"

I believe that ID = 19 mm = 0.748031496 = 3/4" if conversion is correct

I bought bar end mirrors on Ebay but found a problem when I started to pull the old bar ends off the CB1100 DLX. The OEM bar ends fit inside the grips as well as the bar ends. The new bar end mirrors assume the grips end at the end of the handlebar. Any ideas?

If you’re replacing bar ends I would recommend the HVMP extra heavy ones. I like them a lot and they smooth out the handlebar even more than stock.
