I believe KennyW has, but he is on a trip right now. You might find a post of his, he has some in the Seat Time section, and click on the link in his signature line. I believe he talks about the transformation of his CB1100 there.
Try searching for this also, you may get some hits. This could be used as a mounting point: http://www.kuryakyn.com/products/3908/li...ght-mounts If you decide to order it, tell the page that you have a Honda Valkyrie (any year 1997 to 2003).

There are pics on the forum that show relocation. Naturally they are spread over a variety of topics. The Hepco Becker bags come with a relocation kit too.

I moved mine back to where the reflectors around the plate were. I used info from something vfrpaul98 wrote about the connectors a while back. I think Kennyw did a good job explaining his move.
(Now if someone would come up with a short plug and play Male - Female cable extender you wouldn't have to mess with the wiring. http://www.cycleterminal.com/050-connectors.html 2 pin HC .050 Turn Signal Connector needed for rear signals only on 2013 cb1100 order 2 male and 2 female connectors and you can make your own extension length.no minimum order. just a thought. Paul.) Hope this helps. Jon Z

Link is in my signature for my relocation. I even found an off the shelf bracket at one point. However, I changed the lights to a 10 mm universal stud rather than reusing the stock ones. They came with a long wiring harness.

OK I spent the day moving my turn lights on the rear of the CB first I cut a chrome u clamp and then welding it to the rear luggage rack at an angle to make them square to the bike removed old turn lights and used smaller 10 mm bolt lights cut the wiring and rewired the new lights I think that look OK work fine sitting just under my rear luggage I see if I can post pics my I don’t seam to get hang of it
