And the torque for the cam caps (or camshaft holders per the manual) the torque for the bolts is 9 ft lbs (or 12 Nm). Apply engine oil to the threads and seating surfaces of the camshaft holder bolts.
NOTICE (this is in big block letters). Failure to tighten the camshaft holder in a crisscross pattern might cause a camshaft holder to break.
And as Pekingduck said, the caps must be in the correct locations. They are marked.

Honda torque specs are clean and dry, not with oil or any lubricant. If you use oil, torquing a bolt to spec will be about 35-40% higher than recommended.

That may be Pekingduck, but that is what the service manual says. I don’t make this stuff up
Some fasteners have notes to use oil or thread locker, etc.

Popgun, you are indeed right! I stand corrected. But put oil only on those threads and the oil filter threads.

Thanks for the info guys. Guess i have to open up the top again to re-torque to spec and drain out the heavy oil n put some lighter oil in. Any some pretty interesting facts on the half moon on the side of the cylinder head. I always thought its for decoration purpose. Hahaha...
