Oil Change interest?

And, yes, I am troubled by that post rebuild oil volume issue too. LOL!

Hi Scotty! May not seem economically feasible, but I drain the oil, refill with 4 qt. new oil, ride the bike a few miles then change oil and filter.
The bike holds 5 qts, when dry like after a rebuild, so even with the 3 jello shots extra, there is still some lurking. I figure if the same oil bathes engine, trans and clutch it deserves the best change feasible.
With all my other bad habits, overspending on oil won't break the camels back.
