It should be 6mm (+0/-0.04), so anything between 5.96mm and 6mm.
And the socket head should be 6 (+0.02 / +0.14) (so anything between 6.02mm and 6.14mm.
The tightest combination, 6 key into 6.02 socket (0.02mm clearance)
The loosest comnbination, 5.96 key into 6.14 socket (0.18mm clearance)
